破碎機(jī)機(jī)架上的前壁即是固定顎，為了防止它磨損。在其上面安裝有定顎襯板2，中心軸4的兩段分別支承在軸承上。軸上則懸掛著動(dòng)顎5及動(dòng)顎襯板6，偏心軸8支承在主承軸上，而偏裝有連桿頭9，連桿頭和桿身分開制造，然后用螺栓把緊成一體，連桿頭里面通過循環(huán)冷卻水，用以冷卻連桿頭的軸瓦，電動(dòng)機(jī)三角皮帶輪，通過皮帶帶動(dòng)固定的偏心軸上的軸瓦。使偏心軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，在桿身下方兩側(cè)的凸槽中，裝有肘板頭11，前、后推力板12和13的一端支承在肘板頭上，

偏心軸除在一端固定有皮帶輪10之外，在另一端還固定著飛輪，皮帶輪同時(shí)也起飛輪的作用，在破碎機(jī)的空行程中，飛輪貯存能量，而在工作中釋放出來，從而可以減輕偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)的速度的不均勻使電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率輸出穩(wěn)定均衡。
